These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Cetera Advisors LLC website and form a general framework for the use of our services. Product-specific terms, account agreements, order-execution information and fee schedules provided during onboarding also apply and prevail where they address a matter more specifically.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the website or applying for an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and that you are legally able to enter into the relevant agreement. Services may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or to certain categories of person.

2. Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate, complete and current information and promptly notify us of changes. We may request identity, address, financial, tax, source-of-funds and other information needed for legal, risk and security checks. We may decline or delay an application where verification is incomplete.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping login credentials and devices secure and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Instructions received through your authenticated account may be treated as authorised, subject to applicable law and our security procedures.

4. Services and availability

Features, instruments, market hours, pricing and eligibility may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, market disruption, legal requirements or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

5. Orders and execution

Orders are subject to market conditions, liquidity, instrument rules, margin requirements and the applicable execution policy. A submitted instruction is not necessarily accepted or executed. Execution price may differ from the price displayed or requested, particularly in fast or illiquid markets.

6. Payments, withdrawals and charges

Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to verification, payment-method restrictions, processing time and third-party fees. Applicable spreads, commissions, financing, conversion and other charges are disclosed through the platform or relevant product documents.

7. Trading risk

Trading leveraged products can result in rapid losses and may not be appropriate for you. You are responsible for deciding whether a transaction is suitable for your circumstances. Review our Risk Disclosure before trading.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the website or services for unlawful activity, market abuse, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorised access, abusive trading practices, interference with systems or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Intellectual property

The website, platform, software, branding, market presentation and related materials are owned by or licensed to Cetera Advisors LLC. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use them for their intended purpose and may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute or commercially exploit them except where law permits.

10. Third-party services and information

Links, market data, payment services and other third-party content may be subject to separate terms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or independent acts, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or close access where required by law, where verification cannot be completed, where security or financial-crime concerns arise, or where these Terms or the relevant account agreement are breached. Account closure does not remove obligations that arose before closure.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limitation, responsibility for losses, service interruption, market movement and third-party failures is governed by the applicable account agreement and law.

13. Changes, governing terms and contact
